The contractor should be identified by a valid membership of the Palestinian Contractors Union. The tender documents will be handed to person only upon presenting a written authorization together with the seal of the company / firm for nonrefundable tender fees of 100.00$US. There will be a per-bid meeting ( on Tuesday, July , 27th , 2010 at 10:30 am ) at Education Conference room in Gaza Field Office .
